Operational Permits & Boundaries
01 Authorized Access Only
Your account is a non-transferable key to our proprietary dashboard. You are responsible for all metrics generated and queries executed under your credentials. Sharing of localized API keys is strictly prohibited under these Terms of Service.
02 Data Re-Distribution
While you retain ownership of your input data, the specific visualizations, analytics algorithms, and report structures generated by SilkData Cognition are protected intellectual property. Redistribution for commercial resale without written consent is an immediate breach.
LOG_RETENTION
We maintain operational logs for 90 days to ensure performance benchmarks and security compliance are met.
UPTIME_CONTRACT
Our service level goal targets 99.9% availability for enterprise-tier analytics dashboard users.
LATENCY_LIMITS
Users must not intentionally flood the system with high-frequency scripts that exceed 100 requests per second.
MODIFICATION_RIGHTS
Terms can be updated periodically. Using the "Active Dashboard" constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Cognitive Assets & Ownership
All software, code, algorithms, and design elements within the SilkData Cognition ecosystem—including our metrics processing engine—are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view and manage your data through these tools.

Your raw input data, your specific business insights derived from reports, and your branding inside white-label views.
What we own
Source code, visual layout architecture, predictive modeling logic, and our analytics patent-pending frameworks.
Limitations of Accuracy
SilkData Cognition provides sophisticated analytics tools "as-is." While we strive for extreme precision, we do not guarantee the financial results or business outcomes resulting from the use of our metrics dashboard. All strategic decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts situated in Bangkok, prioritizing mediation before formal litigation.
